Description

This course extends the student's knowledge and understanding of financial management issues by examining the components of a business plan. The aim of this course is to enable students to develop a business plan related to some aspect of the health care industry. A wide range of topics will be covered including the significance of different business structures, basic tax information, how to develop a cash flow budget, employing staff and occupational health and safety issues.
