Description

This course emphasises management rather than technology.
It helps you understand how information technology can, and should, fit into your overall business plan. The course addresses two key questions:
  • How does information technology help or hinder the profitability of operations?
  • How can information technology support and leverage business strategies?
To answer these questions, you will acquire tools and techniques you can use to improve the fit between information technology and everything else in your organisation. You will also examine recent developments in e-business and the nature of networked organisations.
