Description This course looks at the way in which the structure of an organisation drives or impedes its strategy. It examines the influence of key control systems (MIS, budgets, appraisal systems) and the way in which senior managers lead organisations under information asymmetry and uncertainty. It also explores the role of strategic vision, contingent contracts, negotiations and corporate culture.
