Description

This course offers perspectives on the nature and causes of technological innovation and its consequences for achieving organisational goals, and for economic competition and broad socio-economic outcomes. An innovation systems perspective is adopted to analyse how firms form innovation strategies and manage innovation-related investments as they respond, with varying success, to changes in their external environment. Assessment includes a significant research-based component.
