Description

The main objective of this course is to introduce students to key concepts, best practices, innovative ideas, practical thinking and critical thinking of integrative demand and supply chain management.
Students learn a powerful approach to structuring managerial problems and visualizing the interconnectedness of business units and organizations within the supply chain.
The course consists of two main parts:
  • In the first part we use primarily quantitative methods to analyze Supply Chain problems while the second part will be focused more on qualitative analysis using case studies from a variety of industries.
