Description

The aim of this course is to improve decision-making skills and to provide strategies for further improvement in the future.
We cover how individuals and groups make decisions and solve problems, individually and in organizations.
By the end of the course, students will understand their own decision styles and personal dispositions, make decisions more deliberately and systematically will be able to use decision analysis techniques and group processes, integrate their values into their decisions, and, generally, have increased confidence in their decision-making.
