Description

In this course, you will reflect on the practice of social research, from conceptualisation and design, to data collection and analysis, to report-writing and presentation. It will build on the knowledge and skills developed in SRAP5101. You will work on topics related to their program of study and will become familiar with the following aspects of developing a research project: different sources of information; planning and managing a research project; constructing a conceptual/theoretical framework; the role and use of theory; gaining ethics approval; data collection and analysis; reporting and presenting findings.
