Description

The course introduces students to various programming and scheduling techniques suitable for planning of long, medium and short-term projects and tasks at operational level. The course content provides the means for planning of both business as well as personal tasks. In particular, the students will develop skills to create a schedule of tasks and activities related to the construction of a building or other structures; to allocate appropriate resources to such construction activities; and to develop schedules of construction activities within the most optimum time and cost. The course is structured around lectures and laboratory sessions.
