Description

This course will enable you to develop the practical skills and theoretical awareness of mentoring best practice. The course involves an audit of current mentoring practices that leads to the theoretical and practical development of participants’ mentoring skills. You will learn through critical reflection on the mentoring artifacts they generate in your practice.
