Description

The focus of this course is outbreak investigation and response. The course will begin with an examination of steps used in outbreak investigations to develop the most rapid and appropriate response. Skills in investigating outbreaks of infectious diseases, such as SARS, will be gained using scenarios in healthcare facilities, emerging infectious diseases and disaster scenarios in the global community.
