Description

This course will be a core course for students enrolled in the research stream of the two year Master of Translation and Intepreting. This course will be the pre-requisite for Interpreting and Translation Research Project 2. In this course students will conduct the preliminary steps of their research project under the direction of an individual supervisor. Students will be required to write a research proposal, apply for ethics clearance, where applicable, and commence the collection of their data. As part of this course, students will attend regular relevant research seminars.
