Description
This course presents contemporary thinking on systems thinking, including open, closed, soft and hard systems. It discusses the role of people in developing a high performance organisation, reflecting on the way people will behave within the systems. Reasons why individuals will, and will not, act in accordance with organizational goals will be explored, in preparation for developing new ways to create alignment.
