Description
This unit integrates different aspects of managing people, including rewards, incentives and performance management in ways that will support change and the creation of high performing individuals. If change in a business strategy is to be implemented successfully, it must be underpinned by performance management and reward strategies that are aligned to the new aims of the organisation.
