Description
This course introduces students to the knowledge, skills and approaches they will need to manage across borders and cultures. The course provides conceptual and theoretical frameworks for understanding cultural differences, as well as the challenges of cross-cultural communication for the dynamics of multicultural work teams and organisations at home and internationally.
