Description

Tourism is one of the world's fastest growing industries. A major contributor to most economies, tourism contributes over ten percent of Gross Domestic Product in an increasing number of countries. Yet as tourism expands globally, competition among nations and among destinations is intensifying. To tackle the challenges ahead, tomorrow's managers need advanced marketing and management skills, as well as problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Our degree is designed to train the industry leaders of the future to operate in this complex yet stimulating environment. The Tourism Marketing specialisation provides students with a wide range of further employment opportunities in areas such as tourism policy and planning, resorts, airlines and other tourism organisations.
