Program Description
The candidate must undertake an original investigation which will be more limited in scope and degree of originality than is required for a doctorate. Program Objectives and Graduate Attributes
- Systematically acquire knowledge and skills grounded in contemporary developments in the field;
- Evaluate ideas and make informed judgements on complex issues or challenges in the field of specialisation and the techniques used to research it;
- Design and conduct research independently and systematically;
- Communicate ideas, methodologies and conclusions clearly and effectively to specialist and non-specialist audiences; and
- Be accountable for their own learning and development, demonstrating the capacity to undertake independent and original research.
