Description

This course is specifically designed to address why organisations exist and why they come in different shapes and sizes, with different organisational structures; what their functions are and more specifically, how the behaviour and interrelationships between organisational members affect the way organisations operate. It provides a comprehensive framework of the concepts, processes and strategies needed for the effective management of organisations within the construction and property industry sectors.
