Description

Subject Area: Environmental Studies

This course will introduce the agenda of environmental issues, the scope of ecological study, principles of sustainable development and the relationship between humans and the rest of nature. It will also introduce environmental philosophies and explore how humans make choices about the environment in the face of uncertainty. The course introduces topics which will be covered in later stages of the Environmental Studies major.
