Description

Subject Area: Linguistics

Examines institutional and classroom factors related to language learning and teaching, including literacy, the history of language teaching methodology, and current trends in language teaching. Includes an investigation of how the elements of language (grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation) and the four skills (reading, writing, listening, and speaking) can be taught.
