Description

Higher level theoretical and experimental research on a selected topic in chemical engineering as proposed in CEIC4002 will be undertaken under the guidance of an academic staff member. Complete theoretical and experimental work will be presented orally and in written form of a thesis and draft manuscript for submission to a scientific journal appropriate for the discipline. The course is taken in replacement of CEIC4003 for those students desiring a more intensive research experience. This course replaces CEIC4003 and one 6 UOC professional elective.
