Description

Building on HESC2501 (Exercise Physiology), scientific literature investigating adaptations to exercise from the cellular to the organ level will be examined to provide the students with an in depth understanding of the mechanisms driving physiological adaptations to acute and chronic exercise. This course will include lectures from experts in relevant fields and labs exploring the adaptations of key markers to different modalities of exercise.
