Description

This course will assist in preparing you for a variety of business and management contexts that may be encountered whilst undertaking commercial design development. While the course is structured for Industrial Design students, students from other disciplines will equally find this course of value. The course investigates design processes that are typically encountered with project management - both within large and small organisations. You will be introduced to organisational and management systems, intellectual property, standards and regulatory frameworks, market insights and client relationships. The content covered within this course will enable you understand and work with other professionals in the design-production continuum.
