Description

Intro to Interactive Media Arts is an introduction to the concepts, approaches and processes of interactivity. The course will introduce the theories, concepts and skills required for the creation of interactive relationships between humans and computer-controlled environments. The Processing development environment will become the medium and material for experimenting with concepts and expressing ideas. The resulting projects will integrate image, video and sound in a participant driven, interactive environment. In addition, this course will introduce the concepts and skills required for documenting the project development process and the resulting interactive experience.
