Description

This course introduces data analysis techniques used in business decision making and policy making. Students learn to apply data analysis techniques to quantative and categorical data to solve realistic business-related and policy-related problems. They also learn how to interpret and critically evaluate statistical information presented in the media, in government reports or in business advertisements. Exercises, problems and decisions are set up to be of particular relevance to a business and organisational environment and group exercises are used to build collaborative skills. No mathematical prerequisite is required.
