Description

This course trains students in understanding and exploring ways forward for issues with many degrees of freedom through learning about tools dealing with contexts, variability and deep uncertainty so that they can develop structured strategies and options. Topics include: Strategic Planning, Futurology, Scenario Planning, FAR, TOWS, Viable Firm matrix, System Dynamics, Seminar games, Strategic Risk Assessment, Belief Update and Revise Judgement, Resource Allocation and Negotiation Models.
