Description

Subject Area: Sociology and Anthropology

From sociological and anthropological perspectives, this course explores how everyday experience, throughout life, is shaped by natality and mortality. It will consider issues of: youth and aging, generationality, dependence and independence, the uniqueness and connectedness of each life. Conceptual issues include: time, grief, transformation, love.
