Description

Construction project management, concept and application. Role and functions of the project manager; management of all phases of construction projects. Construction strategy, planning and control. Project process management to reliably achieve the project goals; quality, waste, safety and progress management in design and construction including from a TQM perspective. Application of process management tools.
