Description

An introduction to the various programming and scheduling techniques suitable for planning of long, medium and short-term projects and tasks: operation research, CPM, PERT. The course provides the means for planning of both business as well as personal tasks, and includes consideration of work study, risk analysis and decision-making processes. Programming and scheduling is likely to be the first task that graduates will be required to perform for various employers in the construction and other industries.
