Description

This course offers an introduction to the contemporary facilities management (FM) issues and practices facing organisations in the changing business environment. Facilities management is an enabling function of organisations toward delivering and sustaining a quality working environment for their human and physical resources; hence improved organisational performance. As such, the aim of this course is to introduce construction management and property students to the fundamentals of facilities management (FM) and how it is related to organisational strategies and performance.
