Description

Develops practical skills in the cost modelling techniques applied to the cost planning and value management of design and construction projects. Provides an understanding of the key design variables that impact on economic value, the concepts and application of life cycle costing, value management and development feasibility studies as they relate to the specifics of design, construction and maintenance of buildings.
