Description

This course sets the foundation for the thinking and practice of interior architecture as a distinctive idea-led field of design inquiry.

The Design component introduces students to the processes, materiality and elements of interior architecture. The Communication component introduces students to a range of techniques and applications for representing space, including basic analogue and digital drawing and model making. Emphasis is placed on an expansive approach to spatial enquiry, underpinned by thoughtful and self-reflective research.
