Description

This course focuses on the development of spatial creativity through informed experimental design practices.

The Design component focuses on the languages and elements of spatial organisation, from idea to material detail in relation to complex forms and patterns of occupation including workplace and institutional typologies. The Communication component focuses on a range of techniques and applications for representing spatial experimentation, including innovative digital technologies.

A personal design portfolio forms part of this course, and a satisfactory portfolio is a requirement for progression into the final two years of the Program.
