Description

The course provides you with an introduction to the concepts and skills necessary to successfully commercialise new products and services. Entrepreneurship is not just about starting a business. It is also about identifying good opportunities and then creating, communicating, and capturing value in those opportunities. Many great innovations and business ideas never see their market potential fulfilled because their inventor or developer does not understand market requirements or fails to differentiate the product. This course will teach you the skills to analyse business opportunities, to write a compelling business plan, and to present the business plan to an audience of investors, no matter if they are venture capitalists, banks or friends and family members. To bring the real world into the classroom, guest entrepreneurs will come to class and share their experiences with you.
