Description

This course introduces the principles, methods and processes of project management in the context of the construction industry. Particularly, this course focuses on the 10 knowledge areas of project management, which include project integration management, scope management, time management, cost management, quality management, human resource management, communications management, risk management, procurement management, and stakeholder management. Project Management in the construction and property industry is also about effective teamwork, group decision making and communications that is so essential to successful project managers.
