Description

This plan making studio centres on a complex brownfield site in Sydney with major redevelopment potential. Students undertake in-depth analysis of the site’s social, environmental, market and political context before preparing a strategic vision and regulatory framework to guide its future development. Particular skills to be developed include site context analysis, verbal and visual communication, and the formulation and implementation of robust planning and urban design controls.
