The Business Skills in Optometry course provides in depth training in business, marketing and management skills relevant to the practice of optometry. Particularly in Marketplace review; Understanding financial management; Identifying potential target markets; Evaluating markets; Reviewing existing product mix; Optimising product/service mix for target markets; Business set-up; Retail sales; Product development; Marketing; Systems and procedures and Human resources.
