Overview

Who should do this specialisation?

This specialisation is targeted for public health students with an interest in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health generally and for those seeking to enhance the capacity of the primary health care, public health, allied health, community development and the broader sector workforce to cohesively address the physical, psychosocial, cultural and environmental determinants of health and wellbeing of Indigenous and non-Indigenous Australians.

The Aboriginal Health and Wellbeing specialisation is designed for students who wish to specialise in Aboriginal health and Wellbeing, which is reflected in their Testamur.
