This course will be beneficial to students wishing to pursue careers in the health sciences, especially medicine (in particular rehabilitation medicine), biomedical research or hospital-based laboratory work. A sound understanding of musculoskeletal pathology should provide an effective framework from which to approach diagnosis and management of common clinical scenarios that you may well encounter in your future careers. The course covers bone and joint disease, neuromuscular disease, musculoskeletal trauma and primary and secondary bone neoplasms.
