Overview

Students completing this course will have a broad understanding of human development, and they will be introduced to some animal models of development and to cutting-edge developmental biology research. Furthermore, they will learn how developmental biology is relevant for non-research related professions such as artificial reproductive technology. Experts and researchers from within the field contribute to the current course. Within the Anatomy program it introduces the developmental origin of organs and tissues as a cornerstone for later study.
