Description

This course is suited to students who would like to underpin their Juris Doctor studies with a broader, interdisciplinary understanding of how disputes arise, and how conflict can be contained and managed. It introduces students to models of communication and conflict analysis, and a range of skills for managing disputes in a constructive manner. Drawing on insights from fields such as psychology, management, political and social sciences, this course is oriented towards providing students with practical skills informed by theory.
