Description
The main topics of the course are:
- Concepts and issues in media law related to core areas such as principles governing core areas of media law defamation, source anonymity, privacy and advertising law
- Fundamental legal concepts
- Fundamental legal research skills
- Fundamental legal writing skills
- Intensive face-to-face seminars for each
- Online activities and materials to be completed before and after face-to-face seminars
- Online resources accessible to the students for the duration of their enrolment in their programs
For satisfactory completion, students must attempt each assessment and achieve an overall mark of 50% or more.
