Description

Participate in a prestigious international competition which involves extensive research and writing of case memorials, followed by participation in oral mooting rounds and the possibility of representing Australia in final competition rounds overseas.

Students will be selected for teams early in Semester 2 on the basis of academic merit, research, and/or mooting skills and experience. The majority of the work for each competition will be conducted over the summer months.

The prestigious International Moot Program will see those selected prepare and conduct a mock case or mediation before an international tribunal, with teams participating in the following competitions:

. Jessup International Law Moot Competition

. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Competition

. Pictet International Humanitarian Law Competition

. International Criminal Court Moot
